General
Can I use assets from Pixcopy for commercial projects?
Yes. Unless a different license is shown on the asset page, the default Pixcopy Free License applies (see Terms §5). You may use and modify assets in personal and commercial work, but you may not resell, re-upload, or redistribute them as standalone files or as part of a competing library.
Do I need to credit the creator?
Attribution is appreciated but not required—unless the creator specifies otherwise on the asset page. Always check the license shown on the page.
Can I upload AI-generated or AI-assisted images?
Yes, but you must label AI content clearly (tags/fields) and ensure your upload does not infringe third-party rights (copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights). You are responsible for model/property releases and for complying with the terms of any AI tools you used. See Terms §6.
Do I need model or property releases?
If a person is recognizable in your asset, you must have a model release. If private property or protected locations are recognizable, a property release may be required. Uploaders are responsible for securing necessary permissions.
Can I resell assets from Pixcopy?
No. You cannot resell, redistribute, or re-upload assets as standalone files or in bundles/marketplaces. You can incorporate assets into your own designs and products, respecting any license terms.
How do I report copyright or trademark infringement?
Send the asset URL(s), proof of ownership/authorization, and your contact info to pix@pixcopy.com or use the Contact page. We review and respond promptly. See Terms §10 (Notice & Takedown).
What is “Commercials – Pixcopy Ads”?
A section for promoting brands, services, or portfolios on Pixcopy. Submissions must follow advertising/disclosure laws and our content rules. We may label sponsored content and moderate for quality or policy compliance. See Terms §8.
Does Pixcopy use cookies?
We use only essential/performance cookies for login sessions, caching, and CDN delivery (WordPress, LiteSpeed/QUIC.cloud). We do not use analytics or advertising cookies at this time. Learn more on our Cookies Policy.
How do I delete my account or uploads?
Contact pix@pixcopy.com to request account deletion. You can remove your uploads from your dashboard or request removal via support. CDN caches may take a short time to clear. See Privacy Policy (“Data deletion & account closure”).
Who is responsible for user-generated content on Pixcopy?
Creators are responsible for their uploads, including AI labeling, releases, and licenses. Pixcopy hosts UGC and may moderate or remove content at its discretion. See Terms §§4–9 and §12.
What is the /video section?
The /video section presents AI-assisted video production and real social media projects documented as part of the Pixcopy creative workflow.
