Terms of Use

These Terms govern access to pixcopy.com, the Pixbook library, user accounts and digital assets, and provide the basic rules for inquiries about Pixcopy creative services.

1. Operator

The website is operated by DEJAN JOVANOVIĆ PREDUZETNIK SPECIJALIZOVANE DIZAJNERSKE DELATNOSTI PIXCOPY PIROT, Narodnih heroja 106A, Pirot, Serbia, registration number 68601991, tax identification number 115745704 (“Pixcopy”, “we”). Contact: pix@pixcopy.com, +381 66 321 744.

2. Acceptance

By accessing the website or using accounts, downloads or other features, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use features that require an account or download.

3. Creative services, pricing and payment

Website prices are starting or indicative prices unless clearly stated otherwise. Final scope, timing, revisions, price, payment terms and usage rights are defined in an individual proposal. Services are contracted when the proposal is accepted as agreed and are invoiced in Serbian dinars (RSD). The website currently offers no direct online payment.

4. Project cooperation

Clients must provide accurate information, content, approvals and access in time, and confirm they have the necessary rights to supplied material. Timelines may move when material or feedback is delayed, scope changes, or circumstances arise outside Pixcopy’s reasonable control.

5. Revisions, delivery and rights

Included revisions and delivery formats are stated in the proposal. Requests outside scope may require a new quote. Rights in final work, source files, third-party licenses and AI-assisted elements are governed by the proposal and applicable licenses. Pixcopy will not disclose a confidential project; publicly released work may be shown in a portfolio unless excluded by agreement or a reasonable client request.

6. Accounts

Registration details must be accurate. You are responsible for your password and account activity. Accounts may not be shared to bypass restrictions. We may restrict or close accounts that breach these Terms, threaten security or abuse the service.

7. Pixbook assets and license

Copyright and other rights remain with their respective holders. A download does not transfer ownership. Unless a specific license is displayed with an asset, the Pixbook license published on the website applies. You may not resell or redistribute an unmodified file as a standalone product, claim exclusive authorship, use it unlawfully or deceptively, or build a competing library through bulk downloading.

You must assess whether your intended use needs further permissions, particularly where an asset involves identifiable people, trademarks, products, property, sensitive subjects or regulated activities. Assets are not guaranteed to be exclusive.

8. User content

Where uploads are enabled, you retain your rights but grant Pixcopy a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free license to host, technically process, display and distribute the content as necessary to operate and promote Pixbook. You confirm that you have all required rights and consents and that the content does not violate law, privacy or third-party rights.

9. AI-assisted content

Some assets may be generated or developed with generative AI and then selected or edited. They may contain errors, artifacts or similarities to existing motifs. Review every asset before publication. Do not present it as professional medical, legal or financial advice, proof of a real event, or a person’s real identity.

10. Prohibited conduct

You may not attack the website, scrape or bulk-download content, bypass limits, access systems without authorization, introduce malicious code, harass users, impersonate others, or use content in breach of law or the applicable license.

11. Notices and takedown

Send copyright, privacy or other content notices to pix@pixcopy.com. Include the exact URL, the basis of the request, evidence of authority and reliable contact details. We may temporarily remove content while reviewing a notice.

12. Availability and liability

The website and free features are provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy of every user or AI-generated item, or suitability for every purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Pixcopy is not liable for indirect loss arising from free content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms as the service or law changes, with the new date shown above. Serbian law applies. We will first try to resolve disputes amicably; otherwise, the court determined by applicable law will have jurisdiction.
